The EIB’s matrices are rubber moulds developed to produce tyres with integral cold retreading. If you choose to apply these moulds during the retreading process, the finish will be identical to a new tyre.

The compound used to produce these moulds is highly resistant to heat, which guarantees the durability of each mould.

Also, these moulds have some customisable fields where our customers can put their brand/name and other important information.

We recommend the combined use of our sidewall veneer whenever matrices are applied. Combining our sidewall rubber with the rubber moulds, you will guarantee greater durability and quality for the retreaded tyre.
