Our natural product
Raw Materials
The choice of raw materials to be used in our production process begins when each supplier is chosen. We always prioritize certified suppliers and high-quality raw materials.

LAboratory
As soon as raw materials arrive at our facilities, they are subjected to rigorous testing and analysis by our laboratory. Once the results have been verified, they are passed on to our weighing and mixing line.
Throughout the production process, the compounds are analyzed in order to guarantee the accuracy and quality of the products that reach our customers.

where everything transforms
Mixing lines
We have two mixing lines, which are fed by our weighing section. Once the raw materials have been weighed, the mixing process begins. Each formula created by us, or by our customers, takes shape in this section of the factory.
From this unit we can either supply our customers directly or obtain by-products that will be transformed in our extrusion and lamination sections.

High-Quality Machinery
extrusion and lamination
Once the mixing process is complete and the product specifications have been positively confirmed, the compound can be fed into our extrusion machines. In these units we can also obtain finished products for a specific customer or by-products. Examples of finished products that result from these units: bonding and finishing cushion gum, in rope or strip form and camelback.
On the other hand, in the extrusion section, we also obtain the profiles for producing treads in our presses.

Where the product is shaped
presses
The profiles obtained on one of our extrusion lines are fed into our presses where the molds are inserted to shape the floors we offer. Using heat and pressure, we obtain the final product - treads.
